A party tablecloth is a liquid-proof cover that both brightens and protects birthday and celebration tables. At tables full of children, where spilled cake, juice and sweets are inevitable, it keeps the table surface free of stains and scratches; when the celebration is over it is wiped with a damp cloth and is ready for the next party.
The PVC surface is liquid-proof: a spilled drink stays on the cloth and never reaches the wood or glass beneath. Unlike fabric covers it needs no washing or ironing — a damp cloth is enough. The fibre backing does two jobs: it does not scratch the table surface, and it keeps the cloth from sliding or rippling. Even with children playing on the table or pulling at the cloth, it stays where you put it.
The 100 x 140 cm size suits four-seater square and small rectangular tables as well as children's activity tables. The 140 x 200 cm size covers long six- to eight-seater dining tables with an overhang. At larger celebrations the bigger size also protects the edges of the table.
How is it cleaned?
Wiping with a damp cloth is enough; it needs no washing or ironing.
Will it scratch the table?
No. The underside of the cloth is fibre-backed, so the part touching the table is soft — and it stops the cloth sliding at the same time.
How does it differ from the colourable table cover?
